O R D E R

This revision is preferred by the plaintiff in O.S. No.5667 of 2018, challenging an order passed by the learned II Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in I.A. No.15854 of 2018, by which the learned Judge ordered impleadment of a third party as additional defendant to the suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner.

3. It could be gathered from the papers that the third party/applicant in I.A. No.15854 of 2018 claims a right to the vested portion of the property in question in relation to which, the plaintiff has filed a suit for injunction. The papers also indicate that the plaintiff has made a wall writing to the effect that the property involved in the suit is in litigation, etc. and it appears to have affected the interest of the third party, as she claims right over the vested portion of the same property.

4. In fine, this court does not find any illegality or irregularity or impropriety in the order of the trial court. This court, does not find any reason, whatsoever, to interfere with the order of the trial court.

5. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
