PRAYER: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Declaration to declare the decision by the Government as per the calling letter No.3700/A1/2004 dated nil in cancelling the examination conducted on 01.06.2005 for the post of Constable Grade II as null and void and consequently directing the respondent to select the candidates in examination held on 01.06.2005.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to cancel the examination conducted by the Government for the post of Constable Grade II on 01.06.2005 and consequently, to direct the respondent to select the candidates in examination held on 01.06.2005. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. When the matter was taken up today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the examination was conducted on 01.06.2005 for the post of Constable Grade II and the petitioner participated in the examination but he was not selected. Now, over 15 years have been passed and the candidates selected, are in service from the past 15 years. Though, the petitioner participated in the examination, but was not selected. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
