The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to issue necessary direction to the 2nd respondent to implement G.O.Ms.No.22, dated 17.02.2011 passed by the 3rd respondent and further direct the 3rd respondent to include the common name of Devendira Kula Velalar Community in the list of scheduled caste based on the petitioner's representation made to the 1st respondent dated 25.05.2015. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that G.O.Ms.No.50, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, dated 01.06.2021 has been passed and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
3.Recording the submission so made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
