ORDER

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Customs Department as well as the Joint Director of Foreign Trade are necessary parties and that the prayer sought for needs to be amended. Therefore, she seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action with amended prayer. 2. The endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is placed on record. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty as sought for is granted. No costs. Consequently, the connected WMPs are also dismissed.
