This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 28.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29044 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Thiruvarur, weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till framing of charges and thereafter during the Court hearing dates.
