This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Fast Track Court-I, Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, to furnish the certified order copy passed in Dis.No.5495/2017 dated 31.07.2017.

2.It is seen that the petitioner is the complainant in C.C.No.4630 of 2009, which was originally pending on the file of the II Fast Track Court Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. Thereafter, the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai by order dated 31.07.2017 in Dis.No.5495 of 2017, transferred the complaint lodged by the petitioner to the file of the I Fast Track Court Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. It is seen that it is an administrative order passed by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore. The petitioner wanted to file a revision petition as against the said proceedings and as such he applied for certified copy of the said communication on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai, which was returned for the reason that "No such transfer order is available with this Court".

Thereafter, this case was transferred as per the order of this Court in ROC No.55855/2016 dated 27.07.2016, which was transferred as per the office Memorandum in Dis.No.5495 dated 31.07.2017. Therefore by virtue of the order passed by this Court in ROC.No.55855/2016 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

dated 27.07.2016, the trial Court has rightly rejected the copy of the application filed by the petitioner herein. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition devoid of merits. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
