When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the Writ Petitioner had died on 26.09.2020, which is evidenced by producing the death certificate before this Court. 2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. However, liberty is granted to the legal heirs of the deceased Writ Petitioner to implead them in the Writ Petition by filing an appropriate applications, if they are so desired. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
