Today, this matter has been listed before me under the caption "for extension of time".

2. The learned Subordinate Judge, Tirupattur at Vellore District has sought for extension of time for a period of three months to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.96 of 2013 which is now pending on her file.

3. On considering the reason assigned by the learned Subordinate Judge, Tirupattur at Vellore District, the time is hereby extended by two months. Therefore, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tirupattur at Vellore District shall dispose of the suit in O.S.No.96 of 2013 within a period of two months excluding the holidays in May 2024 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and submit a report of compliance to this Court. 1/3
