CMP.No.2127/2022 in SA.SR.No.92172/2021 S.S.SUNDAR, J., The petition is ordered and the production of the original judgment and decree dated 18.12.2017 made in OS.No.35/2012 by the learned Subordinate Judge, Harur, is dispensed with for the present on condition that the petitioners/appellants should apply and get the certified copy of the judgment and decree of the Trial Court and file the same as and when it is obtained.
