ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider and appoint the petitioner as Physical Education Teacher in any one of the existing two vacancies under Scheduled Caste (Arunthathiyar) priority category.

2.Heard, Mr.M.Muthusamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 3, Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, Mr.C.Veeraraghavan, learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that now, the recruitment process has been changed and the petitioner ought to have passed the teacher eligibility

test for any post. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
