J U D G M E N T
On earlier occasion i.e. 24.03.2017, this Court has stated as follows:
Mr.A.Muthukumar, learned counsel is present on behalf of sole respondent in this second appeal.
It is submitted by Mr.Muthukumar, that he has already informed the Court that the sole respondent is no more. It is pointed out by him that the learned counsel for appellant had taken time for taking steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent, but the same has not been done so far.
It is seen from the records that the second appeal has been admitted by this Court on 19.09.2000.
