O R D E R

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceeding dated 05.03.2018, which is nothing but a notice, calling upon the petitioner to appear for an enquiry on 26.03.2018.

2. Therefore, this Court, is not inclined to entertain the writ petition on the sole reason that all the contentions raised before this Court by the petitioner can be raised before the second respondent, who issued the impugned notice.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, only by granting liberty to the petitioner to appear before the second respondent and place all his objections. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
