Crl. MP No.4758 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7536 of 2021 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This Court by an Order dated 31.01.2022, had directed the respondents Police, to file a final report within a period of six months.

Now the respondents Police have requested this Court to grant a further period of three months to file the final report as directed by this Court.

Taking into consideration, the reasons assigned in the petition, the time granted by this Court is extended for a further period of three months from today.

It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.
