Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents.

2.By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner has come up with the petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 04.07.2018 and conduct a personal hearing and dispose of the same and to make necessary correction in the Will dated 18.12.2007 within a stipulated time frame. 4.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner be granted liberty to file an application before the appropriate Court.
