Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioners regarding their appearance before the Respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks the order dated 12.01.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.No.821 of 2022 and render Justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.SUBBURAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.BASKARAN,Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.821 of 2022, dated 12.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
