ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 14.10.2025 seeking for registration of the sale deed presented by the petitioner for registration in respect of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition without insisting upon a No Objection Certificate.
2. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. At this stage, this Court cannot grant any relief to the petitioner since the petitioner has not presented the sale deed before the 4th respondent for registration. Unless and until the petitioner presents the sale deed for registration with the 4th respondent and the 4th respondent either delays the registration of the sale deed or issues a refusal check slip, refusing to register the sale deed, the question of granting any relief in this writ petition at this stage, will arise. The petitioner will have to present the sale deed for registration with Page No.2 of 5
the 4th respondent and only after presentation, either if there is any delay on the part of the 4th respondent in refusing to register the sale deed or the 4th respondent issues a refusal check slip, refusing to register the sale deed, only then, the petitioner can approach this Court.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would now submit that the petitioner is willing to present the sale deed for registration with the 4th respondent.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit the sale deed for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition with the 4th respondent for registration and liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court, if the 4th respondent delays the registration of the sale deed or the 4th respondent issues a refusal check slip, refusing to register the petitioner's sale deed for registration. No costs.
