ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 24.11.2022 to survey the land of the petitioner. 1/4

2. The petitioner claims that he is the owner of the property at old S.No34/1 New Survey No.320/13 and in order to survey the said land, the petitioner has given an application on 24.11.2022 and he has paid the necessary fee on the same date. Therefore, in order to consider his application and to do the needful to complete the survey, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.P.Chandrasekar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Specail Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

4. In view of the order going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the second and third respondents is hereby dispensed with.

5. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the said application submitted by the petitioner dated 24.11.2022 would be considered after giving notice to both the petitioner as well as the private respondents, the needful would 2/4

be undertaken by completing the survey within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order: That there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 24.11.2022 and do the needful by completing the survey within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order of-course in the presence of the petitioner as well as the second and third respondents to whom notice shall be given by the first respondent.
