The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the concerned Court to file an appeal under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 against the impugned order dated 30.11.2022 and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
