Side) (IN ALL THE PETITIONS) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners seek anticipatory bail and they are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent-Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 read with 120-B IPC. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent-Police that charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.6804 of 2016 on the file of the 11th Metropolitan Magistarte, Saidapet, Chennai. It is the case of the prosecution that the sale deed had been executed with regard to the land that belongs to the Government poramboke, and the Power of Attorney had been executed, which had subsequently been revoked and that the petitioners have colluded with one Mohan, who is A-1, an Advocate, and received consideration of Rs.15 lakhs, Rs.28 lakhs and Rs.28 lakhs respectively, and the total

amount that has been cheated runs over Rs.30 crores. Even though the case of the prosecution, had been refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioners, taking note of the fact that NBW is pending against the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to appear and surrender before the trial Court and file petition under Section 70 Cr.P.C., which shall be considered by the Court below in accordance with law.
