Crl.O.P.No.3909 of 2022 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J., This Petition is filed seeking amendment of the name of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai instead of Metropolitan Magistrate-V, Chennai wherever it is stated in the petition in Crl.O.P.No.20426 of 2019 and in the order dated 01.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20426 of 2019.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, this Petition is allowed.

3.Registry is directed to carry out the appropriate amendment in the Petition and in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.20426 of 2019 and issue fresh order copy.
