This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16557 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16103 of 2023 on 16.10.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for another period of three months.
