This writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of Certiorari to quash the proceeding in Na.Ka.No. 63128/C3/E1/2009 dated 16.07.2012 issued by the second respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that in the written instructions dated 20.02.2024, in which, it is stated that the petitioner is still working in the Government Higher Secondary School, M.G.R.Nagar, Chennai - 78.

3. Since the writ petition is filed in the year 2012 challenging redeployment and due to efflux of time the same has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
