Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2023 regarding sanction and payment of pension for the service of 39 years rendered by the petitioner by regularizing the services of the petitioner on completion of 3 years of service from the date of his original appointment in the light the orders passed the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in W.A.No.1615 of 2018 dated 23.11.2023 with all consequential service and monetary benefits, within a time frame.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2023 regarding sanction and payment of pension for the service of 39 years rendered by the petitioner by regularising the services of the petitioner on completion of 3 years of service from the date of his original appointment in the light the orders passed the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in W.A.No.1615 of 2018 dated 23.11.2023.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an oral endorsement to the effect.

the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
