No.2008/ 2015/A2 dated 8.5.2015 in so far as it relates to appointing the 5th respondent herein as Fit Person in A/m.Pidari Sri Kaliamman Temple at No.1 Natesan Salai Ashok Nagar Chennai-600 083 and quash the same.
