This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to direct the respondent police to file a final report in the above case in Crime No.317 of 2021.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on instruction from Bharath Stalin, Head Constable of the respondent police station, investigation in crime No.317 of 2021 has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Jurisdictional Court.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
