ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein to transfer the investigation in Crime No.23 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent and transfer to the 3rd respondent herein pursuant of the representations dated 18.11.2022 sent to the respondents, within stipulated period of time prescribed by this Honble Court.

2. On instructions, Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent, submits that the entire investigation in Crime No.23 of 2022 has already been completed, and the final report in LTN2023000461C202400076 has been filed before the Mahila Court, Tiruvallur. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police to transfer the same.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
