Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to set aside the order of dismissal of the above revision for default on 08.04.2014 and restore the same and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice (in CMP.20839/17 in CRP.2924/17.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.DEVADOSS Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.JAYARAMARAJ Government Advocate(CS) on behalf of the1 & 2 respondents the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to set aside the order of dismissal of the above Civil Revision Petition for default on 08.04.2014 and to restore the same.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the above application, this CMP.No.20839 of 2017 is ordered and the Civil Revision Petition is restored to file.

3. Registry is directed to list the Civil Revision Petition for hearing after vacation.
