This petition has been filed to amend the offences under Sections 329(1), 296(b) and 351(2) of B.N.S. and Section 4 of TNPPDL Act instead of Sections 329(4), 296(b), 115(2) and 351(3) of the B.N.S. and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, it is appropriate to allow the petition for amending Sections 329(1), 296(b) and 351(2) of B.N.S. and Section 4 of TNPPDL Act instead of Sections 329(4), 296(b), 115(2) and 351(3) of the B.N.S. and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act in Crl. O.P. No.1180 of 2025.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in Crl. O.P. No.1180 of 2025.
