Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents from permitting or quarrying sand from the lands bearing Survey No.404 in 90 Pinaiyur Village (Paalaar river) in Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and the land bearing Survey No.584 in 96 Santhanancherry Village (Paalaar river) in Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram District till the Hon'ble Supreme Court pronounces Judgment in the S.L.P.(C).No.24468 of 2004 against W.P.No.27897 of 2003.
