This petition has been filed to relax the condition (i.e) 5(b) the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27365 of 2023 dated 08.12.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
