2018 and to quash the same to the limited extent of revision of empanelment and seniority in the post of Assistant of the petitioner and her non empanelment and promotion for the post of Superintendent and the revision of the empanelment and seniority and her empanelment and promotion as Superintendent for the respective years of the private respondents herein(2 to 8) and to issue consequential direction to the first respondent herein to restore the empanelment and seniority of the petitioner in the post of Assistant over and above the respondents herein and to include her name in the empanelment and promotion for the post of Superintendent and to place her in appropriate panel over and above the private respondents and promote the petitioner as Superintendent with retrospective effect from the date of promotion of her immediate juniors and to grant all consequential benefits within a time frame.

ORDER

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submits that the Writ Petition has become infructuous, in view of the subsequent developments happened during the pendency of the Writ Petition in the light of the order dated 22.11.2019 in WP(MD)No.17898 of 2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also accepted the same. 3.In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
