This petition has been filed to grant extension of time in Crl.O.P.No.26352 of 2023 dated 09.01.2024 for the petitioners to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Alandur and to execute the bail conditions.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time is extended for executing the sureties till 15.03.2024. No further time will be granted.
