The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in M.P.No.2 of 2009 in W.P.No.13111 of 2009 on 13.07.2009, in and by which, this Court granted interim injunction, if not already dispossessed.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

3. Today, along with writ petition, the Contempt Petition was also listed. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate for respondent submitted that the order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent. Since the order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent, nothing survives for further consideration in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
