This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 12.08.2021 passed in I.A.No.781/2019 in O.S.No.283/2012 on the file of the District Munsif, Attur at Salem District and direct the District Munsif Court, Attur at Salem District to appoint an Advocate Commissioner with a direction to locate and identify the suit properties, measure the same with the help of a qualified Taluk Surveyor and direct him to file the report and plan containing the physical features of the suit properties.
