This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondent for Page No.1 of 4

wilful disobedience of the order dated 31.08.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18851 of 2018.

2.This Court vide its order dated 31.08.2018 disposed of the Writ Petition, granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation enclosing all the relevant materials to the first respondent. On such submission, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits within a period of three weeks. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent produced a copy of the proceedings vide G.O.(D).No.527, dated 30.05.2019, stating that the order has been complied with and the copy of the same is placed before this Court. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed. 30.09.2022 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes/No gba Page No.2 of 4
