This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall stay at Namakkal and report before the Namakkal Town Police Station, Namakkal everyday at 10.30 am. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.29204 of 2023 dated 29.12.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 20 days and thereafter, shall appear before the trial Court during the Court hearing dates.
