ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to defreeze Petitioner's Account No.10148079864 on the file of the second respondent bank.

2. The petitioner is holding an account with the second respondent in Account No.10148079864. While being so, on instruction made by the first respondent, the second respondent had frozen the petitioner's account and did not permit the petitioner to operate his account. Pursuant to the registration of the case, as against the accused a sum of Rs.42,000/- has been debited to the petitioner's account, which is disputed one, as per the order of the Court.

3. In view of above, the second respondent is directed to defreeze the account of the petitioner and permit the petitioner to operate his Account No.10148079864. It is also made clear that if no other request made by the any Investigation Officer, the second respondent is at liberty to proceed n accordance with law.
