O R D E R

This criminal revision was referred for Mediation to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras.

2. A communication dated 25.8.2014 of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, enclosing a copy of its report dated 14.8.2014 has been received, wherein it is stated as follows:- "Both the parties appeared before the Centre along with their counsel. Matter has been settled between them as per the terms cited in the Mediation Agreement enclosed. Hence the matter is sent back to the Hon'ble Court."

3. As the parties have arrived at a settlement in terms of the Mediation Agreement, this revision is listed for passing of an order in terms of the settlement.

4. The Mediation Agreement, dated 31.07.2014, signed by the parties and their respective counsel reads as follows:- "1. Parties settled the disputes amicably before the Mediation Centre.

2. Parties agreed not to press allegations, issues or claims against each other stated / allegations in the complaint that the issues involved in the reference is settled once and for all amicably by this agreed settlement.

3. Parties have also agreed to cooperate with each other in withdrawing the cases if any pending in any forum or courts.

4. The parties agree that they have no more agitating claims against each other in the present or future with reference to the matter of reference".

5. The Mediation Agreement, dated 14.8.2014, was duly signed by both the parties. The learned counsel has submitted that the agreement was arrived at by the parties, out of their own volition and without any pressure or coercion from any side.

6. In terms of settlement arrived at between the parties which is recorded under the Mediation Agreement by the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, this criminal revision is disposed of, recording the Mediation Agreement. The Mediation Agreement and the report of the Mediation Centre shall form part of this order.
