This petition has been filed to amend the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(ii), 302 of IPC instead of Sections 294(b), 506(ii) and 307 of IPC in the above Crl.O.P.No.1977 of 2024.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the above petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition in Crl.O.P.No.1977 of 2024 and list the same on 22.02.2024.

4. In the meanwhile, the counter to be filed by the respondent.
