PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings O.Mu.No.2417/A3/2017 dated 09.09.2017 and quash the same, and direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Office Assistant in the third respondent School and confer all the consequential benefits.

O R D E R

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 made a submission that the District Educational Officer, Krishnagiri passed an order in proceedings dated 21.02.2018 approving the appointment of the writ petitioner as Office Assistant with effect from 10.05.2017.

2. In view of the fact that the appointment of the writ petitioner has already been approved by the Competent Educational Authorities, the writ petitioner became an permanent employee and therefore, he is entitled for all other consequential service benefits.

3.The respondents 3 and 4 are also directed to submit all necessary proposals for the purpose of drawing the consequential service benefits to the writ petitioner.
