In the present application, by the order of this Court dated 06.02.2019, company receiver was appointed to seize the vehicle.

Today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the applicant that the vehicle has been seized by the receiver and handed over to the company.

2. In view of the fact that the vehicle in question has already been seized, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in this application.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
