ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) It is stated that G.Sampath, who was the third plaintiff in O.S.No.190 of 2017 died after the passing of the decree and therefore, his legal representatives are to be brought on record as Appellants 9 to 11.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition , this petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed carry out necessary and consequential amendments in the cause title and number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the appeal for admission in due course.
