For Petitioner : Ms.V.Rajeswari For Respondents : No appearance in both CRPs COMMON ORDER The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.1527 of 2005 on the file of the XVII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, filed by the plaintiff, has been withdrawn and in view of the same, the present Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous. Therefore, the learned counsel sought the permission of this court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions as infructuous and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the same, the above Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
