[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the son of the detenu, G.Venkatachalam, has filed this petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to produce his father before this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation in the case registered in Crime No.169 of 2006 on the file of third respondent in connection with the petitioner's father having gone missing has reached a dead end, a referred charge sheet has been filed before learned Judicial Magistrate I, Sriperumbudur and the same is yet to be taken on file, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with an observation that learned Judicial Magistrate I, Sriperumbudur, shall consider the referred charge sheet in the case expeditiously.
