This petition has been filed to relax the condition directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.00 am until further orders as imposed in para 5(b) in order dated 05.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.27392 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
