PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the third respondent proceeding No.595/A2/2020 dated 18.02.2021 and consequential proceedings of the 2nd respondent in proceeding No.2339/A4/2021 dated 27.12.2021 quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to promote the petitioner to the post of Elementary School 1/4

Headmaster on the date of joining of her juniors with all service and monetary benefits.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have advised her to withdraw the writ petition for the purpose of considering her candidature for promotion. In this background, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. She has also submitted a letter dated 16.02.2023 to the Registry to that effect.
