This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, to the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.09.2021 as First Information Report Under appropriate penal provisions of law.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.09.2021, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.582 of 2020 and the matter has been compromised between the parties and the CSR has been closed.
