COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue instructions to the fifth respondent to handover the entire pipes laid in the petitioner's lands for drip irrigation purposes in respect of petitioner's land in S.No.222/1 to the extent of 0.45.56 hectares in Pulliampatti Village, Palani Taluk, with reference to the legal notice dated 25.08.2005.
