[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a direction to first respondent to produce the detenue viz., Devika, before this Court and set her at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for first respondent and learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3.
3. First respondent has produced the detenue, who had returned to her parental home i.e., the house of petitioner this morning i.e. 26.03.2018. The detenue informs of having left the parental home voluntarily owing to some minor differences.
4. Learned counsel for third respondent submits that third respondent has nothing to do with the detenue having gone missing.
In the circumstances aforestated, this petition does not survive further consideration. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
