ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.2037 of 2015 pending on his file.

2. The case of the petitioner is that a case in Crime No.2037 of 2015 came to be registered by the second respondent police under Section 174(iii) Crl.P.C for the death of one Vidya Bharathi W/o.Raji Reddy. Though the complaint was registered on 26.06.2015, till date, final report was not filed. Hence, the brother of the deceased Vidya Bharathi, has come up with the present petition for the above stated relief.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who took notice for the respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.2037 of 2015 pending on his file and file a final report, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
